Korean Food ‘Seoul’ Good That You’ll Visit All Day Every Day! Here Are The Best 8 Spots!

South Korea may be a 7-hour flight away but their finger-licking cuisine knows no bounds. With so many Korean restaurants popping up in Singapore, where should you go for the best fried chicken or barbecue? To save you from some research trouble, we have compiled a list of 8 Restaurants With the Best Korean Food in Singapore.

1. 2D1N Soju Bang

Tanjong Pagar Road is like a mini Korean town but there’s one particular gem that stands out among all Kimchis and that place is 2D1N Soju Bang.

2D1N Soju Bang may be small in size but their menu sure tickles. For the carnivorous, we highly recommend their samgyeopsal (BBQ pork belly), beef short ribs, and their super tender and sweet Bosam, (steam pork wrapped in lettuce). If you’re having some serious meat craving, head upstairs to the second floor for their BBQ buffet. Spot-on flavours aside, the prices here are also very reasonable. With about $24+ per pax, diners can enjoy free flow of meat, vegetables, and drinks. Extreme patience is needed as you might wait an hour or so for a table.

Located at Tiong Bahru, this eatery is operated by a former caretaker who had been cooking for Korean students in Singapore. She then decided to open a restaurant and her mum-inspired authentic Korean dishes became a hit among Korean expats and local foodies alike. Like many generous mums, the serving here is hearty and big! Their signature Dakgalbi (stir fry marinated chicken in chilli pepper paste) comes in a minimum of two portions. Do also try their pan fried pork belly and Kimchi pancake. Reservations are advisable.
