One of the most versatile yet underrated ingredients today, is the humble luncheon meat. Americans might be more familiar with the name “SPAM“. No, not the junk mail. As in the canned meat.

You can choose to eat the meat as it is, though we wouldn’t recommend it as it’s REALLY salty.

They’ll disappear faster than you can say “PARK Cafe”.

For those of you who don’t know, Musubi is essentially SPAM sushi. Because sashimi is expensive.

Aloha Poké has managed to create these addictive little musubis, where each slab of SPAM is coated with a caramelised secret sauce and rests upon a bed of sushi rice.

For $11, you get a serving of 6 musubis. Our only gripe? 6 musubis is not enough.
