While those working in Tuas only have access to a limited number of food delivery services, these 10 restaurants definitely do food deliveries!

So for our friends working way out in Tuas, here are 10 restaurants that are more than happy to deliver food to your offices!

The total length of the walkway is about 250 m with the highest point at 25 m!

Get your hiking shoes ready because there are 2 main routes that will get you to the TTW. Both of which are moderately difficult to tackle. The shorter of the two route spans 7km and will take about you about 3-4 hours. Starting from Venus Drive, this route will take you through the northern and north-western part of MacRitchie Reservoir. The longer route spans an astounding 10km and will take you about 5 hours to tackle! However it’s the best route if you want to take in the whole MacRitchie as it takes you from the eastern side of MacRitchie right up to TTW!

One of the first cafes in Singapore to jump on the “freakshake” bandwagon, Benjamin Brown is constantly coming up with new “freakshake” creations! The newest line of freakshakes at Benjamin Brown is their Cerealsly Crunch Shakes, their most decadent? The Fruity Pebbles of course! Served in a jar, this milkshake is topped with our favourite childhood treats! Not only is it seriously eye catching and decadent it’s also a blast from our past!

While other eateries have adopted the “freakshake” trend, Benjamin Browns is always evolving its dessert menu! A must visit on our Singapore bucket list, Benjamin Brown is one decadent eatery!

5. The Library

[caption id="attachment_15614" align="alignnone" width="640"]the-lib-1 burpple[/caption]

Just getting into this speakeasy bar is a monumental feat. At first glance The Library just seems to be an empty space filled with bookshelves, but this misleading facade is just step one into gaining entrance into The Library.

Guests then have to get the secret password before making their way into the actual bar! The password changes daily so you’ll either have to check their Facebook or head down to the adjunct restaurant, The Study to get it!

With drinks named after famous personalities like Marilyn Monroe and their drinks served to you in little bathtubs with little rubber ducks. It’s pretty hard not to love The Library!

With Herb & Floral-infused Flavours, This Gelato Is Changing The Way We Indulge In Ice Cream!

Located beside other popular eateries along East Coast Road, Birds of Paradise gelato ice cream has already received rave reviews despite having opened for only 2 months!
From the get go, this gelato boutique is completely different from any other local ice cream parlour.

Birds of Paradise at East Coast Road

For one, this dessert spot embodies a minimalistic theme. Except for a sole brightly decorated wall, the rest of the space is empty, filled with only the essentials (and that does not include chairs and tables!).
You might assume that this makes Birds of Paradise a rather unpopular place to grab dessert and you could not be more wrong!
When we headed over to Birds of Paradise on a Friday evening, we saw a steady stream of customers grabbing the store’s delectable desserts!

Gelato ice cream

Named after an attention grabbing flower, Birds of Paradise offers up botanical inspired gelato flavours.
Made on site, their floral infused ice cream flavours are crafted with all natural ingredients, so there are no artificial flavours or colourings at this gelato boutique!
Serving between 9 and 12 gelato flavours, the most popular flavours at this Kallang ice cream spot is its Spiced Pear (which has a slight cinnamon aftertaste due to the infusion of star anise), Strawberry Basil (which has an refreshing taste unlike artificial tasting ice creams which can taste a tad heavy) and White Chrysanthemum (which has cacao nibs scattered in every scoop)!
lychee1
Bird of Paradise puts their own unique spin on the traditional mint chocolate chip, substituting the chocolate chips for cacao nibs!
Looking for something more unique?
Opt for the Pandan, which has a very light green tint. Or the Lemongrass Ginger, which despite the ginger, doesn’t taste too sharp or spicy.

If you’re looking for a traditional flavour to indulge in, stick to their Hazelnut gelato! Light and slightly creamier than the other flavours, it’s a favourite among kids!
Our favourite?
The Lychee Raspberry Rose. Refreshing and not overwhelming, this flavour is the perfect balance between sweet and sour

Thyme cone

Get your ice cream in a cone! Their ice cream cones are made fresh on site and they’re infused with thyme!
The earthiness of thyme balances the slightly sweet and floral ice cream flavours perfectly!
