The Knolls, features an extensive tea list and only serves Gryphon brews. From the savoury Salmon Burrito with Olive Cavier to the sweet Lemon Tart Meringues, you can expect a full high-tea experience whilst enjoying a seafront view.
The Knolls may not exactly be the most accessible of venues, but this picture-perfect venue will definitely make your trip a worthy one.

Pollen has curated a special menu for this Mother’s Day so she can enjoy a glass of white peach Bellini and savouries such as beef, caramelised onions and cumin croquettes and mandarin choux from their choice of sweets.
We highly recommend Pollen if you’re looking for a change from the usual hotel high teas. This place is really worth the visit.
