1. Books  Actually

谁说书店就一定是冷冰冰的?Books Actually温馨的格调怡人而且愜意。这里收藏了最广泛的经典文学书和各类珍稀读物,常被大书店忽略的本地作家的作品在这裡也可以找到。书店的装潢别致优雅,復古风格的小摆设也会让人爱不释手。其中的一面架子上,满满的是笔记本、明信片和摄影的小品,充满着浓浓的文艺气息!

2. Woods In The Book

连店外外墙都彩绘的很有童趣的Woods in the Books是一间绘本独立书店,它最大的特色就是有适合各个年龄层读者阅读的绘本书籍。谁说只有小朋友才需要图画书呢?有时候大人比小朋友更需要更绘本,在优美的图文之间,你会找到最纯真的最浪漫无邪的赤子之心。此外,店内也有举办画画班,让小朋友发挥想像,尽情在这个无忧无虑的空间中挥洒创意,不过要注意的是,所有客人入内一律禁止拍照。

3. Book Cellar

位于Bukit Pasoh RoadBooks Cellar,不只卖书也买咖啡,书香伴著着咖啡香,整个气氛真让人感觉舒心。店面面积不大,两面墙是书架,都是一些文学类的英文书籍。你可以在那里点一杯柠檬薄荷茶或是一杯热咖啡,找一本喜欢的书,消磨一整个下午。

4. Littered With Books

Littered With Books可说是麻雀虽小五臟俱全,书籍摆放得很紧凑但分类十分明晰,狭窄的楼梯通到二楼有旅行类和美食类的,小沙发和小凳子上也都陈列着书本,这也成為这家书店的特色。在书店入口处的墻上还展示著最近大家读的书,不论是什么书籍,这裡总能让你找到你想要的。

5. The Grassroots Book Room 草根书室

走进草根书室,两旁书架摆满了各式中文书籍与绘本,正门右边有一个展示柜置放一些精美的手工笔记本和文具等。再走进里头有可办讲座的小小空间,最内处也提供了休憩喝咖啡的空间,整体风格与台湾的独立书店相似。小编之所以会喜欢、甚至常常到访草根书室,一部分原因是因为店内大约有百分之八十都是华文书籍,而且店内里摆放温暖调调的复古家具,为爱书的人营造了一个温馨舒适的空间。
