Most, if not all, of us are familiar with burgers. Think thick, juicy patties with fresh lettuce, tomato slices, generously drizzled with mayonnaise or tomato sauce, sandwiched between two toasted buns. Yum!
The classic beef burger has evolved over the years to include more irresistible combinations of ingredients and sauces. If you think you have heard it all, here are some of Singapore’s most outrageous burger creations that are 100% worth the experience!
1. Truff Ryder
Here at Three Buns, it is a burger party all day, every day. Their extensive selection of burgers will certainly require some serious decision-making!
Foie gras is typically eaten alone, given its luxury food status but the folks at Three Buns seem to think otherwise! Their Truff Ryder features a 120g pure Wagyu beef patty, 50g of pan-seared foie gras, four artisanal cheeses, as well as French summer black truffle, packed within a demi brioche bun. The flavours of these fine ingredients are further enhanced with homemade ketchup, confit onion jam and miso mayo.
Though this burger is on the slightly pricey side, where else can you enjoy both meat, foie gras AND burger all in the same meal?!

Fish burgers are pretty standard within the burger community. This one, however, breaks the mould by having a fish fillet that is not only bigger than the burger buns, it almost puts fish & chips restaurants to shame!
